We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Delayed shipping due to carrier issues

  • Limited edition or drop-based items

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund (at our discretion)

We do not replace items damaged due to normal wear, improper use, or washing errors.


SHIPPING POLICY DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
